EARLY VOTING IN NEW JERSEY

More Ways and More Days to Vote In Person!

In 2021, a new state law was passed mandating in-person early voting in New Jersey. This new option allows registered voters to cast their ballot in person, using a voting machine, during a three day period prior to the Primary Election, and a nine day period prior to the November General Election. You can now choose to vote, in person, when it’s most convenient for your schedule.

Monmouth County will have 10 specially designated in-person early voting locations. For the 2022 Primary Election, early voting will be Friday, June 3 through Sunday June 5. For the 2022 General Election, early voting will be Saturday, October 29 through Sunday, November 6. Hours will be Monday-Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Voters can go to any one of these locations during the early voting period to vote.
